How do I register for a course? +
To register, simply browse our online course catalog at GamaSafetyCourses.ca and select the course that best fits your needs. Each course page includes full details, including learning objectives, delivery format (online or in-person), duration, and pricing.

Click the “Book Now” button to start the enrollment process. You’ll choose your course date (if applicable), enter participant details, and create a user account. Registration takes just a few minutes, and once complete, you’ll gain full access to the course content from your dashboard.
Can I take courses online or only in person? +
GamaSafetyCourses.ca offers flexible options for learners. Many of our most popular safety courses, including WHMIS, Fall Protection Theory, and PPE Awareness, are available fully online. These self-paced programs allow you to train from anywhere and on your own schedule.

For equipment-based or practical training, such as Forklift Certification or Aerial Lift, we provide on-campus sessions in our facilities and on-site delivery at your company’s location. This ensures that both individuals and businesses have access to the right training format.
Do I receive a certificate after completion? +
Yes. Upon successfully completing your course and passing all evaluations, you will receive a digital Certificate of Completion. This certificate is instantly available in your user dashboard and can be downloaded, printed, or sent to employers.

All Gama Safety certificates include a verification ID and are accepted by employers and inspectors across Canada. In some cases, additional wallet cards or physical certificates may be requested by your company—contact us if this is needed.
Can I register multiple workers at once? +
Yes, absolutely. Our system is optimized for both individual and company use. When booking a course, you can choose to add multiple participants in a single transaction. You’ll enter each participant’s full name and email to ensure they receive access and certification.

For larger teams, we offer a company dashboard to manage training, track employee progress, and generate compliance reports. This is ideal for safety officers, HR departments, and supervisors responsible for worker certifications.
What payment methods are available? +
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and pre-approved company billing accounts. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure security.

For individual users, we offer the option to pay 50% upfront or the full amount at booking. Businesses must pay the full balance to confirm group sessions. If you require invoicing or a formal quote, please contact our team.
What happens if I lose my certificate? +
Your certificate will always be available in your GamaSafetyCourses.ca account. Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the "Certificates" tab where you can download or print it at any time.

There are no additional charges to access past certificates, and they remain available as long as your account is active. For company administrators, team member certificates can be downloaded from the group management panel.
Are the courses recognized across Canada? +
Yes. All of our training courses are fully compliant with Canadian occupational health and safety regulations. We follow provincial and federal standards, including WHMIS 2015, OH&S codes, CSA guidelines, and regional requirements.

Our certifications are accepted by employers, unions, construction sites, and industrial workplaces across Canada, including in BC, Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec.
What is the minimum group size for on-site training? +
On-site training is available for groups of 3 or more participants. We can accommodate up to 25 learners per session depending on the course and facility. If you require multiple sessions or locations, our team can help you plan and coordinate.

On-site bookings include certified instructors, travel (if applicable), training materials, and digital certificates for all participants. Group rates and bundled packages are available for large-volume clients.
Can I fail a course? What if I do? +
Some courses include quizzes or final assessments to ensure understanding. If you fail, don’t worry—you’ll be able to retake the exam. Most courses allow unlimited attempts, and feedback is provided to help you improve.

Can I manage training for my team? +
Yes. When you create a company account, you gain access to a powerful training management dashboard. This allows you to assign courses to employees, view completion statuses, generate certificates, and monitor compliance in real-time.

You can register teams in bulk, assign managers, and keep digital records for auditing and internal tracking purposes. It's ideal for safety officers and HR departments responsible for workforce compliance.
How long do I have to complete an online course? +
Once enrolled, you will have 30 days of access to complete your course. The platform saves your progress automatically, so you can start, pause, and resume at any time. Most learners finish within a few hours, but there is no pressure or deadline before the 30-day window.

If you need more time due to work or personal circumstances, you can contact our support team to request an extension. We’re committed to helping every learner succeed.
Can I cancel or reschedule a course? +
Yes. Online courses can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not been started. For on-campus or on-site training, cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
